Peter Ryan has been servicing properties since 1999. Transforming his small business to what is now known as Pegton’s Property Maintenance. Wanting to honor his fathers’ strong ideals that he proved in his own business Pegton’s Yardstick in Burlington, Vermont.

With little more than a push mower and broom, Peter’s company began with a handful of small residential customers. Now he is armed with the best commercial equipment, a fleet of trucks along with well-trained staff. Peter is providing the highest quality service around, and exceeding the expectations of his customers.

Today, Pegton’s provides maintenance services to some of the finest homes, businesses and condo associations in the state of Vermont.
